This study aims to analyze the effectiveness learning English through YouTube video to improve their speaking skills at tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 11 Jakarta. This study applied quantitative research with one group pretest-posttest pre-experimental research design to analyze is the use of YouTube videos to teach English speaking effective. This study which held on 5th May, 19th May, 23rd May, and 25th May at SMK Negeri 11 Jakarta that consist 36 tenth grade students. This study used pre-test and post-test. This study used tests consisted of pre-test and post-test. The writer has the validity test in this research was carried out by providing expert Before the data were analyzed using paired sample t-test, the normality test using Shapiro-wilk was analyzed and obtained the significance of pre-test 0,131 and post-test 0,102 It means that the data is normally distributed as the significance were more than the significance level 0,05. In the hypothesis testing analysis using paired sample t-test obtained tcount 8,156 at α = 0,05 (5%) t-table 1,690 (tcount 14,801 > t-table 1,690). Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) in this study is accepted and null hypothesis (H0) in this study is rejected which states that there is a significant the effectiveness of learning English through YouTube Videoto Improve Tenth Grade Students Speaking Skills at SMK Negeri 11 Jakarta.
