Juan Mohammad Ishlah

The field reservation system implemented by Ground Futsal Kemang is currently conducted through
book-on-the-spot or via WhatsApp. The recording and documentation processes are still carried out

manually using a whiteboard and a physical logbook. This study aims to design and build a website-
based information system that supports futsal field rental reservations, thus facilitating the

reservation process, transactions, and providing rental schedule information quickly, precisely, and
accurately. The method used in this study is the prototype method, because it is considered more
efficient in terms of time and simplifies the system design process. The results of the system
development show that this system is able to increase the efficiency of field rental reservations at
Ground Futsal Kemang and can be used effectively in its payment system. Based on the tests carried
out, the results of the effectiveness test using alpha testing produced a figure of 99.44% and from
the beta testing carried out, 82.83% of respondents from the Client side expressed satisfaction with
the system, while the test results by the Kemang Futsal Ground management showed a satisfaction
level of 84.50%, which indicates that this system has met the feasibility and effectiveness criteria.
