Setelah dilakukan proses Design
Thinking, dilakukan pengembangan prototype menjadi desain website.
pengguna.

UI/UX DESIGN DEVELOPMENT FOR THE TASKFORCE WEBSITE
USING THE DESIGN THINKING METHOD
Dheka Abdya Pratama
TaskForce is a startup under the auspices of the Company (PT. Solusi Talenta Logistik) which
focuses on providing manpower or talent in the logistics sector, presenting solutions for logistics
companies that often have difficulty in recruiting workers that match industry needs. In an effort to
improve operational efficiency and reach job seekers, TaskForce plans to create a website-based
platform. This website is expected to be an effective media that facilitates the recruitment process,
increases the number of applicants, and expands engagement from the target market. This study
aims to design a user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design for the TaskForce website
using the Design Thinking method. This method was chosen because it allows for in-depth
exploration of user needs and produces innovative solutions. Through five stages in Design
Thinking, namely empathize, Pendefinisian, Pembuatan Ide, Prototipe, and Pengujian, this study
identifies the needs, expectations, and hopes of users for a functional, attractive, and easy-to-use
UI/UX design. The results of this study are in the form of an optimal website UI/UX design for
TaskForce, which is expected to increase the number of job applicants, user visits, and audience
engagement from the target market on the platform. After the Design Thinking process was carried
out, the Prototipe was developed into a website design. In Pengujian and evaluating the design, the
author used the System Usability Scale (SUS) method on the TaskForce website via Google Form.
After Pengujian, the author managed to get a score of 70.25 which is included in the "Good"
category, indicating that the Prototipe is quite attractive and makes it easier for users to use the
TaskForce website and is in accordance with user needs/desires.
