system informasi manajemen pengguna dan pengarsipan dirancang agar memungkinkan
kesekretariatan untuk mengelola, menyimpan, mengakses arsip secara efisien dan dapat
membantu dalam pelaksanaan PKL. Namun, dengan banyaknya surat yang ada dan orang yang
PKL membuat kesekretariatan kebingungan dalam mengelola , menyimpan, dan mengakses
arsip, seperti yang terdapat pada kesekretariatan BPTI UHAMKA. Maka dari itu dibuat system
informasi manajemen pengguna dan pengarsipan dengan tujuan membantu kesekretariatan BPTI
UHAMKA dalam manajemen pengguna dan pengarsipan. System ini dibuat dalam bentuk
aplikasi website menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman golang untuk backend dengan konsep
clean architecture dan microservice yang berfungsi untuk mengelola data dan html, css, tailwind
CSS, dan javascript untuk frontend yang berfungsi untuk menampilkan data dari backend. Sistem
dibangun dengan menggunakan metode perancangan agile extreme programming, Perangkat
lunak ini diuji dengan menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Hasil penelitian ini diuji dengan
metode skala likert. Penelitian ini mendapat hasil uji system untuk admin sebesar 80% ,
pembimbing sebesar 91,67, mahasiswa sebesar 81,67%, dan Siswa sebesar 96,67% dengan hasil
uji system ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa system informasi manajemen pengguna dan pengarsipan
dapat membantu untuk mengelola, menyimpan, mengakses arsip secara efisien dan dapat
membantu dalam pelaksanaan PKL di BPTI UHAMKA

MICROSERVICE DESIGN WITH CLEAN ARCHITECTURE BASED ON WEBSITE FOR USER AND ARCHIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN BPTI UHAMKA SECRETARIAT

The user management and archiving information system is designed to enable the secretariat to
manage, store, and access archives efficiently and can assist in the implementation of PKL.
However, with the large number of existing letters and people who PKL make secretarial
confusion in managing, storing, and accessing archives, as found in the secretariat of BPTI
UHAMKA. Therefore, a user management and archiving information system was created with the
aim of assisting the secretariat of BPTI UHAMKA in user management and archiving. This system
is made in the form of a web application using golang programming language for the backend
with the concept of clean architecture and microservice which functions to manage data and html,
css, tailwind CSS, and javascript for the frontend which functions to display data from the backend.
The system is built using the agile extreme programming design method, this software is tested
using the blackbox testing method. The results of this study were tested using the Likert scale
method. This study obtained system test results for admins by 80%, supervisors by 91.67, students
by 81.67%, and students by 96.67% with the results of this system test it can be concluded that the
user management information system and archiving can help to manage, store, access archives
efficiently and can assist in the implementation of PKL at BPTI UHAMKA.
