The objective of this study was to describe students’ perceptions in using Google Classroom for learning English and to find out students’ understanding towards learning material. This study employed qualitative research method with a case study design. This case study involves one class, at SMPIT Assalaam. It is in class IX A, with one teacher and 23 students. The writer used interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaire to gather the data. The results of this research shows that the students did not always give the good perception and understanding of using Google Classroom in it and the materials posted by the teacher in it.
