This study was done to find and describe whether or not there was significant effect of Mentimeter learning media to vocabulary mastery of tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 9 Jakarta. The population in this study was 4 classes of the tenth grade MIPA, which contained 144 students; while the final sample was amounted to 2 classes, which contained 72 students.
This study used test instrument for collecting data. The normality and linearity test results showed that the data was normal and linear. Hypothesis proven was done using Pearson Product-Moment Coefficient Correlation formula. The result showed that r-observed was higher than r-table (0.2124>0.1954). Furthermore, the significant value calculated using t-test. The result showed that t-observed is higher than t-table (1.81871>1.66691). According to both tests, both H1 hypotheses had been accepted. Thus, that there was a significant effect of Mentimeter learning media on vocabulary mastery of tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 9 Jakarta.
