This study aimed to identify students' perceptions toward the use of Google Classroom in learning English in SMKN 62 Jakarta. The subjects of this research were 50 students from XI class of SMKN 62 Jakarta. This study was applied descriptive qualitative design. The instruments of data collection were questionnaire and interview. This research shared 15 close-ended questionnaires and seven questions for the interview session.
The research found that students feel Google Classroom is beneficial, and they are satisfied with the use of Google Classroom as an online tool in the learning process. The findings were presented into three factors: students’ perception toward Google Classroom application, students’ perception about benefits of using Google Classroom, and students’ perception about the challenge of using Google Classroom. Most of students were agree that Google Classroom was easy to use and provides quick and easy access to assignment during learning English. Because Google Classroom facilitates the students to access class material, assignment and submit the assignment through Google Classroom.
