The Purpose of this study to investigates empirical evidence English Teachers’ Perceptions Toward Online learning during Pandemic Covid-19 Especially in Elementary School. This study used mix methode. Quantitative data is used to support the descriptive elaboration of the factual data finding through the Close-ended questionnaire. Qualitative data is used to explain Open ended Questions as data collection method. The instrument of this research is questionnaire with Open- ended and closed- ended questionnaire. The writer collected the data based on the Region (JABODETABEK). The Subject of this study was English Teachers in Elementary School in JABODETABEK. There are 30 samples which determined using Simple Purposive Sampling. The finding(s) of this research based on close-Ended Questionnaire showed mostly English Teachers have positive and negative perception toward Online Learning. Positive Perception showed that online learning can help teachers to continue learning during covid 19 and students can learn and get material even though not directly. Whereas , Negative Perception showed that online learning has challenges, because many problem are found when teachers teaching English, for instance: 1). Network and Internet Use, 2).Parents not cooperative, 3). Not Understanding material, 4) Bad facilities. And then , Online learning have negative attitude for students such as make students lazy and unable to socialize. Based on Open-ended Question also were found positive and negative perception. Positive Perception showed that Online learning can increase knowledge of technology and online learning have also flexible time. So , Students and Teachers can give the material and test anywhere and anytime. Whereas, Negative Perception showed that most of students have difficulty during online learning such as quota internet and availability of facility. And then, students lazy to do assignment , unable to socialize and not understanding material. Most of English Teachers use platforms to support teaching Online Learning such as : Zoom meetings, WhatsApp, Google met, Google Classroom.
