The objective of this study was to find the empirical evidence of whether the English Summative Test for the First Semester Students of the Ninth Grade of Junior High School 150 Jakarta in 2017/2018 Academic Year was reliable or not. The method of this study was a quantitative survey based on empirical data that were analyzed through correlation technique. The population of this study was the ninth grade students of Junior High School 150 Jakarta which consisted of 286 students. The writer used 62 students as the sample. The technique of data collecting was by giving parallel test on January 17th, 2018. The result of this study showed that the data of two variables were significantly correlated. It was found that ro was 0.5114 and the value of rt was 0.250. Since ro was higher than rt (0.5114 > 0.250), it means that Ho was rejected and Hi was accepted. It can be concluded that the English Summative Test for the First Semester Students of the Ninth Grade of Junior High School 150 Jakarta in 2017/2018 Academic Year was reliable.
