The aim of this study is to find the empirical evidence for the conformity and inconformity of the English summative test with the existing syllabus of curriculum 2013 required for the first semester of the eleventh grade students of SMK PKP 1 JIS East Jakarta. The objects of the study were the English summative test and the English syllabus of 2013 curriculum.
The study used descriptive quantitative and qualitative to find out the conformity of the test with the syllabus of 2013 curriculum. For this study, the writer used observation technique by using checklist questionnaire to collect the data required. Then the data were calculated by using the simple statistical and interpreted using Arikunto‟s schme of conformity level.
The result of the study that the conformity of English summative test with the reading materials had percentage 77,8%, the writing materials had percentage 44,4%, the objectives of the reading skill had percentage 57,1% and the objectives of the writing skill had percentage 41,6%. The total percentages of the content validity of the English summative test which was conformed to the syllabus of curriculum was 55,3 %. It means that the content of English summative test for the eleventh grade students on SMK PKP 1 Jakarta in the first semester of 2016/2017 academic year was sufficiently valid.
