The objective of this research is to find out whether or not the items of English summative test for the tenth grade students on the first semester of SMK Jakarta Raya 1 in the 2015/2016 academic year can be categorized as a good test based on difficulty level, discriminating power, and the effectiveness of the options. The method of this research was a descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. In this case, the writer described the test items whether each item is good or not. Then the writer analyzed and revised the weak item. If the item is good, the writer keeps them, but if the items are weak or not good the writer will omit or revise them. The sampling of this research is the tenth grade students of SMK Jakarta Raya 1 that consist of 64 students which came from two classes, X TPMI and X TITL. Based on the analysis of this research, the English summative test which was administered at SMK Jakarta Raya 1 does not fully fulfil the criteria of a good test because from 50 items, there have been 19 items can be accepted, 7 items that must be revised, and 24 items that must be rejected.
