The objective of the study was to know whether or not the English summative test items for the twelfth grade students of SMK CINTA KASIH TZU CHI Jakarta in the second semester of the 2016/2017 academic year has been constructed with items in good quality. The methods were quantitative and qualitative method. The quantitative method was for analyzing the data of the facility value, the discriminating power and the effectiveness of distracters. The qualitative method was for describing the quality and weakness of the test item. The population respondents were all the students of the twelfth grade, and the samples was 41 students distributed in three classes, namely two classes of Office Administration and one class of Accounting. The English summative test of SMK CINTA KASIH TZU CHI had two packages; they were Packet Number 43 and 44. Based on the analysis of the data, out of 50 items, there were 37 items accepted, and 13 items needed to be revised, the writer made a conclusion that the English summative test is not good.
