The research was aimed to find the empirical evidence for the conformity and/or inconformity of the English summative test with the existing English syllabus of Kurikulum 2013 required for the first semester of the tenth grade students of SMK in South Jakarta. The objects of the research were the English summative test and the English syllabus of Kurikulum 2013. The descriptive qualitative had been used as the method of this research to find out the conformity of the test with the syllabus of Kurikulum 2013. For this investigation, the writer used checklist to collect data. The data then is calculated by using simple statistical formula C = T/S x 100% and interpreted used the scheme of conformity level. The data of the research indicated that the percentage of validity of English summative test administered by students of SMK in South Jakarta was 52%. It means that the content validity of the English summative test for tenth grade students in the first semester at SMK South Jakarta 2015/2016 academic year is fair, or based on Arikunto’s scheme that the content of English summative test could be categorized not valid.
